The SpitJack Magnum Meat Injector Gun is the ultimate injector, capable of penetrating up to 5.5 inches. A patented dial lets you adjust the flow of the marinade or seasoning mix you are injecting from 1-5 ml. per shot—50ml (2 oz.) capacity.
The Magnum comes with two needles: one with a slanted, open-tip (for injecting a marinade that may contain small spice or herb particles) and the other with closed-end and side perforations (for liquid-only flavoring solutions). An optional 3/8" slanted open tip needle that can be used for injecting larger particles or solid pieces, and smaller, thinner gauge needles are also available at additional cost.
