• Can be grilled, broiled, baked, and pan-fried • Cook from cooler (28°F to 34°F) to desired internal temperature. 
• The product performs well using all conventional cooking methods 
• Considered cooked when internal temperatures reach 145°F • Store at 28°F to 34°F 
• Keep refrigerated until ready to use
