Join American Fire and Smoke 'n Magic for an unforgettable culinary experience like no other! We’re teaming up with a Holladay Distillery Engagement Specialist to craft unique bourbon cocktails and mocktails that perfectly complement each of the four courses we’ll be serving. The Engagement Specialist will provide an in-depth explanation of the thoughtful pairings between the cocktails and the dishes.

Our Four-Course Menu Includes:

1. Pork Loin Appetizer with a Side Dip.
2. Hanger Steak with Hasselback Potatoes 
3. Lobster Tail with Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
4. Surprise Elegant Desert

As a special treat, you'll also receive a recipe packet, a tasting glass, and a small sample bottle of bourbon to take home!
