Chicken was meant to be fried but if you're going to BBQ it, use Fricken Chicken Dust!
Kelly was looking for something different for chicken one day and came up with the basis for this one. It changed a lot from the initial runs and now works great on chicken and pork. Works really great to season pulled pork just before serving!
